Dream to Inspire

Hey, Hey.
Well the past few days have been raining and super gloomy. :( Not fun. So I haven't really photographed anything. Tomorrow morning I have free so I am planning on shooting then. For now I want to show you some inspiration. It is always good to keep looking and searching for things that inspire you. I do this all the time, it gets your brian flowing and you keep your ideas fresh and new. I don't always use the internet for this, Magazines, TV, and just everyday life. Discovering beautiful things that make your day is addicting and needed. So here are some photos that I love.

Another way I get inspired in through seeing people and there unique styles, whether its how they dress, their photography or art. One of my favorite stores of all time is Anthropologie :http://www.anthropologie.com
This store takes me breath away. Literally. When you walk into one its like everything that is beautiful and amazing is being thrown your way in every direction. I don't even have to buy anything I will just spend hours looking at all the wonderful detail that goes into there displays. It is a bitter sweet experience for me, I can never afford to buy anything there... but thats ok, materials don't make me happy...

One more little thing... I was playing with this photo of ryan and its kinda cool... so here ya go..have a great night.

EXCITE!

Hello lovely friends!!!
Last night Ryan and I set up this wonderful shoot together. It is so fun to be best friends with someone who has the same passion as you. We both get joy from finding the perfect lighting and creating a great image. Ryan is such a blessing in my life, he always knows what to do when I cant seem to get lighting right. He is great at that....me on the other hand give me natural lighting any day.... its just way easier and less frustrating. I am grateful for my wonderful husband who helps me with a shoot at midnight even when he has had a long day. :)

In my final portfolio at Hallmark I had a image that had red and yellow in it as well, it reminded me of this shoot.
It was one of those shoots where I just grabbed random things I had in my room and made something out of it. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. I miss those Hallmark days, being with all my friends and constantly being amazed at what talented friends I have. It was a great time in my life I miss those people everyday.

Todays shoot: Honey.

Honey. Its pretty simple, and sometimes the simpler the shoot the better :). I am not sure why but I love honey. The taste is great but there is something more about honey that I find really captivating.... It makes me happy. BEE HAPPY! haha Yeah ok I know I am LAME! Honey is just perfectly sweet, cute and photographs great! Well here is some of my favorite eye candy. Enjoy

Rum

Hello friends!
Today has been a wonderful and slow moving day! Ryan went to the store to buy some wine for dinner and came home with this wonderful bottle of rum! It is quite small but has a ton of character. I had to photograph it. it was nice to do stray away from desserts for one shoot...they are sooo temping! Enjoy.

Apple pie!

My good friend Jess was kind enough to help me with todays shoot! She was a pretty model! After this we went out to brockport and went to a barn sale and apple orchard! It was such a beautiful fall day!! Oh and by the way... the pie is DELICIOUS! I didn't know I could make such yummy desserts! Enjoy ( and stop over for some apple pie)
