Just do it!

Haha OK I know this is Nike's catch phrase, but today it really helped me. All this week I have been getting up at 6 and going to the gym, and its been great. I feel so much better knowing that I started my day with getting fit. I am trying so hard to get in gear, eating right and incorporating exercise into daily life. Today I had the day off so I slept till 9! AH! haha I haven't done that in so long. I wasn't feeling it, I wanted to just bum around the house, but I made myself go for a run. JUST DO IT. I hate exercise, but its needed. Luckily I love being outside! I just want to encourage you to make room in your life for taking care of yourself! Its worth it! Ok!! So don't wait. Do it today.
