Lemon. Berries. Angel food cake.
Together they make me mouth water and my eyes feel like I'm looking at gold. If your a sweet tooth like me, but are trying to be "good" this year this dessert is not bad. The recipe called for all no fat or low fat goods! When I was making this I couldn't help but think of the friends episode where Rachel makes a trifle for Thanksgiving and puts meat in it because two pages in her cookbook stuck together and everyone pretends they love it. I was secretly hoping I wasn't screwing mine up as well.






These past weeks I've been hibernating. Working is about the only thing that has gotten me out of the house, I alway get like this, this time of the year the "February blues" have really gotten to me this year. I have no energy and all I want to do is curl up on the couch with my cat and watch a movie. As your all aware yesterday was Valentines day and I can say that it was the best valentines I've ever had, Ryan and I stayed in for the night and just spend time together, cooking dinner then a watching a movie.(A CHICK FLICK) it was so what I wanted a night with just my husband. He also surprised me with an ipod shuffle which I have been eying. On the back he had it engraved to say "You're #1 on my playlist" which we both laughed at because it's so cheesy but so wonderful at the same time. I am so thankful to be married to man who gets me. :)
